As a Career Ownership Coach, I help people realize their dreams of self-sufficiency in a safe environment. I help my clients uncover their personal ILWE – their income, lifestyle, wealth and equity

goals and with their goals in mind, I introduce my clients to exciting new opportunities, including independent business ownership options. With a coaching relationship of trust and understanding, my clients have the time and space they need to understand what motivates them and to evaluate what is really important to their life and future career. I help my clients stay in a discovery mode, while thinking outside of their comfort zone, so that they can reach for their goals in a new way. Career Ownership Coach – November 2013 to Present

As a Franchise Owner and Career Ownership Coach for the Entrepreneur’s Source, I help people uncover their unique skill set and set goals for their future career as a business owner. I enjoy matching people to business ownership opportunities and helping them through the validation process to uncover possibilities with the potential of fulfilling their dreams.
Prior to my practice as a Career Ownership Coach, I was a newspaper publisher and advertising director at several newspaper and print publishing companies for over 25 years.
